 I’m grateful to be alive I’m grateful to be able to stretch I’m grateful my bodily functions are working These three things alone are a blessing, I’ve taken for granted. For my body to be agreeable today is total joy. God is having to break it down so fundamentally for my feeble brain to get the message. Every day my brain has to be reframed and retrained. I told you I would list my gratitude every day. And follow through is important.  Obedience and surrender is a daily practice. Loving myself is an act of discipline.
