Watched this one for awhile this morning and thought I would sketch her trying to catch leaves. When I first saw her she was up in the tree outside my bedroom window so I watched for a bit while she figured out how to get down. As the wind started blowing the leaves around she couldn't resist the invite to play so she let herself drop down onto the ground and started chasing the leaves trying to catch them with her paw. Great entertainment.
Winds are helping the clouds to blow in - Rain is expected starting tonight and snow down to the 6000 foot level which means where I am... at 5000 feet.... and probably won't see any snow except when I get in the car after the snow stops to go see what's happening farther up the mountain.
No doubt there will be more to this story as the cats are still frolicking in the back yard after their short "cat nap".
