Such a bad decision to walk the dogs where it was bound to get icy after the storm. Bob wonders how she will get the dogs home. He's not that concerned about Fran, but those dogs he cherishes beyond words. He notices that every step she takes, she and the dogs start slipping closer to the freezing water.
As Bob watches her out the window of their condo he is resigned to the idea that one just can't tell Fran anything she doesn't want to hear ----she always does what she wants even though this time he tried to advise her to stay back at the condo and avoid going out with all three dogs to control in the snow. She took out anyway because that's how she is....headstrong.
