Sees more than human eyes can
Sometimes I get freaked out especially when my cat is on my bed and she is looking at the ceiling as if there is a spider in a web waiting to drop down on me.
Although they have low light vision it is their whiskers that also sense what is around. Besides whiskers on on their face they also have them on their ankles - that was news to me when I was researching their nature and ...the width of their facial whiskers are the same width as their body so they can carefully fit through tight spaces as they stalk their prey. Amazing animals even though they can be really annoying when they want to sit on a laptop.
To me most of all, my cat is a heat seeking missile - even in summer they want to be cozy and warm.
