Since the lockdown we hadn't tried ordering anything to go from the local restaurants around here. But, the other day we ordered Chicken Flautas from Toni's and because they can serve alcohol with your take out I ordered a margarita (which i should have learned by now I cannot have any surgary alcoholic drinks towards evening because I'm awake most of the night.
The drink came in a take out cup but I decided to put it in my blue cup because it looks so cute with my owl placemat.
I thought after seeing the photo that it should go on my art blog. Those owls are adorable and my glass of "don't count on sleeping" looked matched so well with the owls.
And ...see that fog outside my window - I've seen this same scene for probably two weeks every day until it finally gave up it's hold and left this mountain hopefully not to return for a long time.
In fact the tree you can't see out the window, will have beautiful purple lilac blooms very soon as they are starting to show now.
