There are times of the year when the outside cats jump on the glass table I have outside by the window. I feed them up on the table so I can enjoy watching them as I sit in my kitchen area.
I'm always amazed at how they can stare at something that seems to capture their attention but is unseen to my senses.
I have read before that cats can see/sense 4th dimensionally so I am prepared in the future to learn how to be a Cat Whisperer. I'm hoping whatever they tell me, will be good ideas for sketches. Who knows what I will find out about their lives in the unseen world when they appear to be frozen in a big long stare down with something.
I made my deadline for the day. I like to have my sketching done before noon so I have the rest of the day for other things. We made a trip to Big Bear yesterday after I did my bird sketch and it was the perfect time to go. All tourists have left the area except for a few here and there playing in the snow and the traffic basically flowed both up and back. Today since the sun is out and not too cold I'm ready for a walk around the lake.
