Cloudy, dark, grey - good day for a flower sketch. We will be home all day so I might get another one done for today.
Starting Monday we will have a series of storms come in (El Nino pattern they say) and I'm really looking forward to how the water level will rise in the lake.
After a two year project - the existing dam renovation is targeted to be completed in April which means.....they will no longer have to drain water out of the lake to maintain it at a certain level while working on the dam. Whatever rain we get can now "probably" stay in the lake - the county has approved more rain fall to fill the lake to a certain point until the dam is completed in April. It's still been a beautiful lake, even though the water levels were down.
