I did this watercolor painting a long time ago but with my ability now to add things and flesh things out somewhat with my photoshop editing I made it a lot different.
When working on this (this is not my house and I've never decorated with pink and not sure why I did in this one).... anyway it reminded me of a Christmas in the early 90's when our relatives visited on Christmas day , coming from the beach area, Long Beach . We lived at about 2000 foot altitude and every once in a great while we would see a light dusting of snow but it had never happened on Christmas day and rarely happened at all. This day - as soon as our guests arrived it started snowing and everybody went out in the back yard to enjoy the snow flurries coming down. It still is one of my favorite Christmas memories of when my kids were young and all still living at home.
