A Class Act

Diana Rigg was a class act
You can tell this from the above scene from Game Of  Thrones where she underplays her role magnificently but still spits out the insults with such quiet venom
I saw her just once on stage , and that was in Sheffield in 2004 in a production of a Suddenly Last Summer 
“Each day we would carve each day like a piece of sculpture “

She was wonderful 

SALSA AND THE STATUE

 Every day, the first thing Salsa does is try to get a response out of this statue that sits at the entrance to the zoo.  There are two statues, one on each side of the entrance but Salsa goes to the same one every day.  Salsa is allowed to roam free and is one of the most loved birds at the zoo.  He delights the children when he lands on their outstretched arm and speaks to them.  His favorite phrase as he lands on a person is "Well,  Excuse Me, did I interrupt something."

Sometimes one can hear him say over and over to the statue "..Well excuse me...
